The table shows information about the number of sweatshirts sold and the money collected at a fundraiser for school athletic programs.

Sweatshirts Sold 3 5 8 __ 12
Money Collected 60 _ _ 180 _

The above is supposed to be a ratio table but I am not sure on how to find out the missing numbers for the above. Please help me

So. I found out all the missing numbers.

3 sweatshirts for $60.00=$20.00 per sweatshirt

$20.00 for 1 sweatshirt x 5 sweatshirts=$100.00

$20.00 for 1 sweatshirts x 8 sweatshirts=$160.00

$20.00 for 1 sweatshirt x 9 sweatshirts=$180.00

$20.00 for 1 sweatshirts x 12 sweatshirts=$240.00

Now I have all the numbers for the table. I am confused though for the question that asks use the unit rate to complete the table.

The question is as follows:

Find the rate if money collected per sweatshirt sold. Show your work.

Use the unit rate to complete the table

Use the first pair to get the ratio

60/3 = 20

So, for each pair, the 2nd value should be 20 times the 1st value.

What is the answer

On 7.1 6th grade math, Page 177,i don't understand because my teacher doesn't teach us.Can you help me.
