So far I've set it up to be 13 - 5π = k cos 5π but I'm completely stuck now. I tried to solve it and got (cos^-1 (13-5π)) / 5π but i know I messed up somewhere. Can anyone help?

working with your equation, recalling that cos(5π) = cos(π) = -1
13 - 5π = k cos 5π
13 - 5π = k(-1)
k = 5π-13
You cannot mix and match function arguments with other terms.
