(a+3)^2/a-3/5/(a^2-9)=

Pls help have no idea where to start

If I read it right, you have

(a+3)^2/a - (3/5)/(a^2-9)

That is the same as

(a+3)^2/a - 3/(5(a^2-9))

place all over a common denominator of 5a(a^2-9). Then you have

5(a+3)^2(a^2-9) - 3a
---------------------------
5a(a^2-9)

(5a^4+30a^3-273a-405) / (5a(a^2-9))

which is not pretty.

I suspect a typo. How about some extra parentheses and spaces to make it clear just what you mean?

Better yet, type it into the box at wolframalpha.com

Keep working it until it shows that what it sees is what you meant.
