Are they all the same in meaning? Can we use 'went' and 'came' in place of 'got'?

5. Go out of here!
6. Come out of here!

Sentences 1-3 all mean the same thing, but #1 is the most commonly used, I think. It's also a matter of perspective. Someone outside the car would not use "went" whereas someone inside the car wouldn't use "came."
Only #4 has the meaning you want. Again, consider the perspectives!
