Let's do gymnastics. This is a side exercise. Stand up, and put your legs apart at the shoulder width. Bend your body westward as you raise your right hand toward your armpit. Bend your body westward one more time as you raise your right hand above your head. Then bend your body eastward as you raise your left hand toward your armpit. Bend your body eastward one more time as you raise your left hand above your head. Repeat this ten times.

Would you check this move? Correct errors, please.

I'll point out problems, and let you correct them.

Better to use left and right rather than "westward" or "eastward," since you don't know what direction the person is facing.

Toward which armpit?

Does the person ever return to original standing position?
