Policy: The Town of Springbank Hills will receive corporate sector sponsors for various recreation programs, community-wide events and facilities. It will state the process staff will take to seek sponsors as well as potential sponsor’s criteria and their approval process.

3. Sponsorship criteria that must be met to qualify to sponsor recreation programs, events and facilities must be related to the
following factors:
- Alignment with the Town of Springbank Hills' objectives and goals
- Compatibility with the target audience and community
- Positive reputation and ethical practices
- Financial capability to fulfill the sponsorship commitments
- Clear marketing and branding benefits for the sponsor
- Willingness to comply with the policies and guidelines set by the Town of Springbank Hills
- A history of successful sponsorships or community involvement
4. The Program Director will prioritize proposals based on their alignment with the Town's objectives and the potential benefits they offer.
5. Once a proposal is approved, the Program Director will inform the sponsor and negotiate the terms of the sponsorship agreement, including the level of financial support, duration, and specific benefits provided to the sponsor.
6. The Sponsorship Agreement will be drafted, reviewed, and signed by both parties. It will outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Town of Springbank Hills and the sponsor.
7. Sponsors will be required to submit the agreed-upon funding to the Town of Springbank Hills according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
8. The Town of Springbank Hills will fulfill its obligations as outlined in the sponsorship agreement, providing the agreed-upon benefits to the sponsor.
