I am currently dealing with the Richter scale and I have this formula
200=0.02*10^1.5*6.4/0.02*10^1.5*x
I just cannot get x,plz help

.02 times 10 raised to the 1.5 power and that is multiplied times
6.4/.02 now is that whole fraction multiplied times 10 raised to the 1.5x?
If x is in the numerator when dealing with base 10, you will begin by taking the log of everything. and then use the law of logs.
