An illustrative scene of a serene pond filled with abundant green algae. In it, one can see a small patch of algae that is noticeably doubled in size every 6 hours. To represent the passage of time, include three sun movements indicating morning, afternoon, and night. The pond is surrounded by reeds, a willow tree, and few lily pads floating on the surface. Remember, the image should not contain any text.

Suppose that the amount of algae in a pond doubles every 6 hours. If the pond initially contains 50 pounds of algae, how much algae will be in the pond after 18 hours?

400****
10,800
300
600

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

does anybody have the answers to the rest of the semester B exam in math?

my test has 32 questions on it

It would be 400.

Explanation:
If you have 50 pounds that double every 6 hours then 18 hours later would be 400.
18/6=3
1. 50*2=100
2. 100*2=200
3. 200*2=400
Quick math.
