You don't need to find difference for the last part of the question. All you have to do is (1/6)/(1/8)=1.(3)=133.(3)%, so the increase is 33.(3)%

t2o killed leaves 6 to share, so adjust the fraction.
then subtract to find the change.
how do you adjust the fraction?
to adjust the fraction all you have to do is make it 3/6 because now there are only 6 gang members
