Every one have a rights to equal access to public service in his country.

Human rights violations are actions that infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms to which all individuals are entitled. There are numerous examples of human rights violations, but I will explain how to identify three types of violations and provide two examples for each.

1. Right to Life:
- Identify the violation: Determine if the action involved the unlawful deprivation of a person's life.
- Example 1: Extrajudicial killings, where individuals are executed by state agents without due process. For instance, the Philippines' war on drugs has resulted in thousands of extrajudicial killings.
- Example 2: Femicide, which refers to the intentional killing of women based on their gender. It occurs in various forms around the world, such as honor killings in certain cultures.

2. Freedom of Expression:
- Identify the violation: Look for instances where individuals are prevented from expressing their opinions or sharing information.
- Example 1: Censorship, where governments restrict or control the media, artistic expression, or online content. China's "Great Firewall" is an example of extensive online censorship.
- Example 2: Harassment and persecution of journalists or activists who expose corruption or criticize the government. The murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018 is a notable example.

3. Torture and Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment:
- Identify the violation: Evaluate if there has been intentional infliction of severe physical or mental suffering.
- Example 1: Domestic torture, where individuals are subject to physical abuse or violence within their own homes. This can occur in various countries and sometimes goes unreported.
- Example 2: State-sanctioned torture, such as the use of torture as an interrogation technique by government authorities. The notorious Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandal during the United States' occupation of Iraq is a notable example.

It is important to note that human rights violations can take many forms, and these examples highlight just a few of the most prevalent types.
