Dosage calculations please

Nurse orders 375mL every 8 hours, client weighs 38 pounds. Recommended dose is 50ml

1. pounds to kg -> 17.27 kg
2. individual dose is 17.27 x 375 = 6476.25 mL
3. Daily dose is 6476.25 x 3 because 24 hours divided by 8 = 3.

therefore the daily dose is 19,428.75 mg.
