What would happen to other organisms if prokaryotes did not recycle nutrients?

Please help, I just need a couple of sentences so I can understand what it means:/ Thanks

idk dudes but I would say they're decomposers. they recycle nutrients back into the soil that keep the cycle of life going. they decompose dead matter, and by recycling it, they improve the environment and benefit not only themselves, but other plants and wildlife (animals). if they didn't do this, other life would probably die.

Yea, thx 4 the help Alexei...NOT

If prokaryotes did not recycle nutrients, it would have a significant impact on other organisms in ecosystems. Prokaryotes play a crucial role in breaking down organic matter and recycling essential nutrients like carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus. Without their recycling activities, the availability of these nutrients would decrease, leading to nutrient deficiencies for other organisms and disrupting the balance of the ecosystem.

they would die and live a horrible life
