if the numbers 16 64 400 and 784 are they a variable or a constant???

  1. These actually can be either: Numerals represent values, which can be constants, or a value for a specific set of variables.

    I suspect your teacher meant for them to be constants...however, if they represent bank balances, or temperatures, they are not constants.
