Physical Fitness

We have an assignment and this is all about the physical fitness. First, we will have our warm-up then we will have our exercises. Our teacher said that our exercises are arm span, curl-ups and etc. but we don't know how to do it... please help me..

Sorry, I am not familiar with these terms either. The best option would be to ask your teacher to demonstrate the various exercises for you...and the other students. Almost all teachers are willing to answer serious student questions.

If you lack specific knowledge, asking is a very good way to remedy this lack. It does not mean that you are "stupid." You have asked us, but the person with the best knowledge in this area is your teacher. Ask your teacher.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
