because the author of the page backed his informatin up with citations. The question is:What if the supporting citations are not authentic?

asked by lisa
  1. If the citations are faked, then obviously we can't trust the author.

  2. Than you Ms. Sue. I thought the same thing because you really don't know if the citations are real or not. The author could have got them some where else and used a fake citation.

  3. You're welcome. It's a good idea to check some of the citations in anything you read.
