    (Who, Whom) did you choose?
    The subject of this is "you" and the verb is "did choose." Remember that English questions almost always include rearranged word order: You did choose whom? <~~regular English word order (which sounds terrible, right?)
    Whom did you choose? <~~rearranged word order for an interrogative sentence
