    so
    k = 300/(9*10.62) = 3.14

    in fact v = pi r^2 h
    = pi * 3^2 * 10.62
    = 300.27 :)

    so we say
    v = 3.14 * r^2 *h
    = 3.14 * 16 * 15.92
    =785 cm^3
