how would i find the degrees of cos x= 3/2

if (0 <or= theta < 360)? i've tried putting it in my calculator with cosine^-1 but im just getting err:domain. Please help!

The cosine function only goes from -1 to +1.
There is no solution to cos x = 3/2.

thank you!

You're welcome! I'm glad I could help.

In this case, the equation cos x = 3/2 does not have a solution because the cosine function only outputs values between -1 and +1. Since 3/2 is greater than 1, there are no angles that can satisfy this equation.

When you entered the equation in your calculator using the inverse cosine function (cos^-1), you received an error message because the input value is outside the valid range of inputs.

In summary, for values of theta (x) where 0 <= theta < 360, the equation cos x = 3/2 does not have a solution because it violates the limitations of the cosine function.
