since e^u is always positive, you need

y>0 and x>0

Since e^xy > 1, and grows very fast, I seriously doubt that x^2y will ever catch up, and sinxy is insignificant.

Let y=0 or x=0
x^2y+sinxy=0 but e^xy=1

You can see that the slope of x^2y+sinxy is less than the slope of e^xy (you can do the details), so they will never intersect.
