What was your reading role?

Which ideas do you want to share?
Why?
Did the role help you understand this novel?
Give examples.

I really enjoyed this book when I read it when I was about 11 years old.

There is one big problem I don't have the book my school didn't give me one. So how the heck am I suppose to do this problem when I don't have the book.

The book is under copyright. It's not available on-line. You can go to your local library and see if they have a copy (they should). You may also buy it from a local bookstore, if there is one in your town, or on-line. Here are some resources, including a link to the "sparknotes" study guide.

I live in the middle of no where. It takes a 45 minutes to get to a local store and the closet libray is 1 hour and 15 minute drive from my house. And my parents won't let me buy things online.

Then your parents should buy the book for you. Failing that, the best I can do is the sparknotes study guide, which you will find a link to in the link I gave you. I'm sure the book is available in paperback at minimal cost.

How have you answered the questions for the first eleven chapters without a book?????

The book is available in paperback from Barnes and Noble at $7.99 (plus tax and shipping). There is a link on the page I gave you.

To determine the ideas that would be most worthy to share in a literary discussion about Johnny Tremain, it is important to reflect on the work you completed in your reading character role and how it helped you understand more about the text. Here's how you can approach this question and find the answer:

1. Review your reading character role: Start by recalling the specific reading character role you were assigned for Johnny Tremain. Consider how this role guided your understanding of the novel and the insights it provided.

2. Identify significant ideas: Think about the key themes, motifs, or character developments that stood out to you while playing your reading character role. Consider any specific moments, quotes, or storylines that made you think critically about the text.

3. Analyze the information gathered: Evaluate the significance and relevance of the ideas you identified. Reflect on their importance in the overall narrative, the impact on character development, and their connection to the broader themes addressed in the novel.

4. Select ideas to share: Choose the ideas that you believe are most worthy to discuss in a literary discussion about Johnny Tremain. Aim for ideas that are thought-provoking, contribute to the understanding of the text, and potentially generate further discussion or analysis among participants.

5. Provide an explanation for your choices: Once you've selected the ideas, explain why you find them particularly worthy of discussion. Support your choices with evidence from the novel, such as specific scenes, dialogue, or character actions that demonstrate the significance of these ideas.

Remember to support your response with at least two pieces from the novel. This could involve citing specific events, quotes, or character interactions that support the ideas you have selected.

By following this approach, you will be able to identify the most compelling and thought-provoking ideas to contribute to a literary discussion about Johnny Tremain, while ensuring that your choices are supported by evidence from the novel.

No one can "give you the answer". First, that would be cheating. Second, the question asks you to think, and no one can think for you.
