Tom has green and red tomatoes in a bag a 4 to 3 ratio 5 green tomatoes and 5 red tomatoes were removed making the ratio become 3 to 2 how many red tomatoes were originally in the bag

Please show me how to work the problem

now :

g : r = 4 : 3

so let the number of greens be 4x
and the number of reds be 3x

after removal,
greens = 4x-5
reds = 3x-5

Now:
(4x-5)/(3x-5) = 3/2
cross-multiply, or multiply each side by 2(3x-5)

9x - 15 = 8x - 10
x = 5

number of original reds = 3x = 15
