You are correct, option A (0.6666666 with a repeating sign) is an example of a repeating decimal.

A repeating decimal is a decimal number in which one or more digits repeat infinitely after a certain point. In option A, the digit 6 repeats infinitely, indicated by the repeating sign (usually a bar) above the repeating digit. This means that the number 0.6666666 goes on forever without terminating.

Option D (6.787878 with a repeating sign) is also a repeating decimal. The digit 8 repeats after the decimal point.

So both options A and D are examples of repeating decimals.
