    = (7/10 + 2/10) / (3/12 - 8/12)

    = 9/10 / -5/12

    = -54/60 / 25/60

    = - 54/25

    y = -(54/25) x + b
    7/10 = -(54/100) + b

    b = 124/100
    so
    y = -(54/25) x + 31/25
    25 y + 54 x = 31
