  1. To change a percent to a decimal, you can either
    divide the percent by 100
    or
    move the decimal point two places to the left.

    Reverse this to change a decimal to percent.

  5. None of the answers are correct for your problem -- 316 divided by 25.

    316/25 = 12.64 = 1264%
