why don't principles fail??
Principles seldom delve into detail such that they can be measured. Principles cannot succeed, nor fail. The devil is always in details, and that is where one has success and failure.
My favorite stock market principle: Buy low, sell high. That is nice, but how does one know when low and high will be?
