Partial fractions of

I see a repeated quadratic and an irreducible quadratic..
actually, that's a repeated linear. I get
1/(x+2) + 2/(x+2)^2 - (x-2)/(x^2+4)
(2x^2 +8x+24)/(x+2)^2 (x^2 +4)
