Find the integral of §x^1/2.e^xdx

at upper limit of 1/2 and lower limit of zero..show work plz

It appears you want

∫[0,1/2] √x e^x dx

if you let
x = u^2
dx = 2u du
then you have
∫[0,1/√2] u e^(u^2) * 2u du
= 2∫[0,1/√2] u^2 e^(u^2) du

Hmmm. Not much better. These involve the err function, so unless you have a table of that handy, you're stuck.
