If one honeybee makes 1/12 teaspoon of honey during its lifetime. how many honey bees are needed to make 1/2 teaspoon of honey?

1/12*2/1= 2/12=1/6 ???

How can you have 1/6 of a honey bee???

(1/2) / (1/12)
(1/2) * (12/1) = 12/2 = 6

The answer would be 6 because if you divide 1/2 by 1/12 it gives you 1/2 times 12/1 which equals to 12/2 which equals to 6. Hope you like this answer and get it right
