The maps provided by the IBRU are often used to IMPLICATE to a (non-existent) on going feud between the nations. New organizations rarely, if ever, look at what they consider the MYRIAD of the full analytical reports provided by the IBRU; those details point out the ALLUDE of scientific and exploratory pacts among these five countries. It does not make a good news story if there is no PONDEROUS friction between countries. What happens in most cases is that the countries perform their tests and evaluations, assess their findings, and them share them with their neighbors.
