Will someone help me write setences for each of the purposes listed below? Also, please tell me if the sentences that I have written so far are alright.

The topic must be video games.

To inform: If you think video games damage the human brain, think again--they have been scientifically proven to improve visual contrast sensitivity, the ability to engage in multiple tasks simultaneously, and hand-eye coordination.

To persuade: Parents should not allow their children to play violent video games. If parents encourage their children to play violent video games, their children will likely engage in agressive behavior themselves in the future.

To entertain: ?

To narrate: I thought the alien-centered video game would be dull, but its gameplay proved me very, very wrong.

To describe: ?

In "To inform" there's a run-on. How will you fix this?

In "To persuade" there's some repetition. How will you revise so that the repetition is removed?

For "To entertain" think of a funny story about someone who was playing a particular game.

In "To narrate" what does "gameplay" mean. People who aren't into all these things will think you're just making words up!

For "To describe" think of a particular scene in a game that is very colorful; then describe the scene.

1. I don't know.

2. Parents should not allow their children to play violent video games because their children will likely engage in agressive behavior themselves in the future.

3. Whenever he played a horror video game, Mark would always end up screaming at jumpscares and cursing at the screen.

4. I thought the alien-centered video game would be dull, but its content proved me very, very wrong.

5. In The Last of Us, players enter into a chaotic world where nature has taken over. Lush vines scale building walls, grass grows out of the engines of cars, and rain forms bodies of water in the middle of city streets.

1. Read it aloud and decide where the SECOND complete sentence begins. Then put the proper punctuation and capital letter in the right places.

2. Parents should not allow their children to play violent video games because their children will likely engage in agressive behavior themselves in the future.
Good. Just check the spelling of the underlined word.

3. Whenever he played a horror video game, Mark would always end up screaming at jumpscares and cursing at the screen.
OK. Two things, though: How can you make the underlined words into a simple past instead of a possibility? What word can you substitute for "jumpscares" which no one except gamers would understand?

4. I thought the alien-centered video game would be dull, but its content proved me very, very wrong.
Good.

5. In The Last of Us, players enter into a chaotic world where nature has taken over. Lush vines scale building walls, grass grows out of the engines of cars, and rain forms bodies of water in the middle of city streets.
Excellent!

1. If you think video games damage the human brain, think again. They have been scientifically proven to improve visual contrast sensitivity, the ability to engage in multiple tasks simultaneously, and hand-eye coordination.

2. Whenever he played a horror video game, Mark ended up screaming during scares and cursing at the screen.
