1. 78.5 = 25π, so r=5
(2-2)^2 + (-9-4)^2 = 13^2, so D is wrong

(A) (-6-2)^2 + (4-4)^2 = 64, so nope
(B) (2-2)^2 + (-1-4)^2 = 25 we have a winner
