# Math Brain Teaser

I have a math brain teaser that I am sure it sooo simple that I am missing it.

A man, buying steaks for his restaurant, approached a butcher. "How many steaks do you have for sale," the butcher answered, "And how much are they?" "The steaks are \$6 a piece if I pick them out, "the butcher said, "and \$8 a piece if you pick them out." How did the buyer get the best deal for his money?

Thank you very much for your help. I don't know how to send a thank you when you help.

1. Doesn't that depend upon the weights of the steaks?

You also haven't included the butcher's answer.
