What does copper react with when heated and what is formed as a result?
(When you put copper underneath a fire, would the copper be reacting with oxygen or carbon dioxide?)

  1. i think it's oxygen because carbon-dioxide rises since it's hotter than the surrounding air coming from the bottom.
