If sec θ = 5/3, find cot θ

no idea how to start can anyone nudge me in the right direction? Or maybe a link that explains this?

in this kind of stuff, always draw a triangle and label the sides. If you do that, you can easily see that cot x = 3/4

Or, use your basic trig identities

sec^2 = 1+tan^2, so
1+tan^2 = 25/9
tan = 4/3
so, cot = 3/4

I assume you're working in QI, not QIV.
