how do you multiply two numbers that EACH have a RADICAL in the exponent (7 to the power of the square root of 3 times 7 to the power of the square root of 2)

as usual, just add exponents.

7^√3 * 7^√2 = 7^(√2+√3)

Don't be spooked by radicals. They're just numbers.
