What might be the impact on a country when the oldest people are in their 40s?
What happened to the older people? War? Disease?
A country lacking people over 50, in my opinion, isn't as wise as countries with older people. It lacks experienced leadership. On the other hand, every adult probably is working and only has to support him/herself and children.
