LCD is (x-4)(x+1)
= ( x - 4(x-4) )/((x-4)(x+1))
= (x - 4x + 16)/(x^2 - 3x - 4)
= (16 - 3x)/(x^2 - 3x - 4) , x ≠ -1,4
