The 3 is the small number outside of the sqrt.
3√(3-x) = -3/2
√(3-x) = -1/2
3-x = 1/4
x = 11/4
But, that does not fit the original equation.

∛(3-x) = -3/2
3-x = -27/8
x = 51/8
