I have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure this one out, but I managed to figure it our.

A doesn't seem to be the answer.

To help me explain things better, I found a site that had the same math problem. Here's what they had done:

"16/4 = 4 = original side length. The new perimeter = 4(4(7)) = 112ft" ~ Y-a-h-o-o

So, because of that, the answer would be D. I also thought it would have been D, so I double-checked by looking online as well.
