h(x)=(x^12-2)^3
h'(x)=

asked by Duane
  1. let u = x^12-2. Then we have
    h = u^3, so
    h' = 3u^2 u'
    = 3(x^12-2)^2 (12x^11)
    = 36 x^11 (x^12-2)^2
