if i write a story about experiencing a plane crash, what would the conflict be?
If you're in the plane you probably are scared that you'll die.
You also might try to keep a small child safe.

Maybe you saw the plane crash and went over to help and you find two people alive but are both bleeding badly and will die in minutes. Who do you help? Why not the other person?
or
Maybe you were on a plane and there were hijackers and you were making a choice. You want to intervene but you're afraid.

sort of but i'm actually writing in first person so point A would be me in the plane experiencing these weird thoughts of the plane crashing and point B is pretty the plane crashing i guess.
i just don't know what kind of conflict this would be : person vs. person, self, society, nature, supernatural...
