Explain in detail how to prepare 250. mL of a 0.125 M glucose solution. The formula for glucose is C6H12O6.

  1. determine the mole mass of glucose.
    Now find the mass of glucose needed
    Mass=Molarity*volumeinliters*molmass
    = .125*.250*molmass

    take that mass, add water sufficent to make 250ml, stir, label, and store.
