can u please tell me, how do I indicate from energy-level diagram whether the decomposition of a molecule will occur as gas or solid?

  1. That depends not upon an energy level diagram but upon whether the reaction products are gaseous, solid or liquid at the reaction temperature and pressure. That, in turn, depends upon a phase diagram for each product species.
