Woodwinds = 1-2/5-1/3=(15-6-5)/15=4/15

half of woodwinds (4/15) are clarinets, so clarinets = (4/15)÷2= 2/15

One eighth of brass are tubas,
so
tubas = (2/5)÷8 = (2/40)=1/20

1/20 : x (number of tubas)
x=240*(1/20)÷1
