A particle moves according to the equation x(t) = (10 m/s2) t2 where x is in meters and t is in seconds. Find the average velocity for the time interval from t1 = 2.0 s to t2 = 3 s. Answer in units of m/s.

Please help! I have no idea how to set this up :(
