I am very confused as to how to make a table with the range of values I have this y=-1/2x-4

my table layout is similar to this;
x_y_(x,y)
?_-1_?
-2_?_?
?_-4_?
2_?_?
8_?_?

**note** I used the underscore to separate the x,y and X,y to kind of make a chart.
Could someone please explain how I would do this.

Thank you
