To complete Requirement 3 and create an effective television or radio advertisement, consider the following steps:

1. Define your target market: Identify the specific group of people you want to reach with your advertisement. For example, if you are advertising a trendy clothing brand, your target market may be young adults aged 18-25.

2. Research your target market's media consumption habits: Determine what TV shows or radio programs your target market typically watches or listens to. Look for trends, popular genres, or specific channels/stations they prefer. This information can be found through consumer surveys, market research studies, or even social media analytics.

3. Analyze your target market's response to ads: Consider the types of ads your target market tends to respond well to. Identify whether they prefer humorous ads, informative ads, or ones featuring cartoons or mascots. This can be determined by analyzing their online engagement, conducting focus groups, or reviewing past successful campaigns in your industry.

4. Craft your storyboard or script: Based on the research findings from steps 2 and 3, create a storyboard or script for your television or radio advertisement. If creating a television ad, use visuals (pictures) and captions to depict scenes and actions. If creating a radio ad, focus on developing an engaging script with attention-catching dialogue and sound effects.

5. Communicate your message effectively: In your advertisement, clearly communicate the unique selling points of your product that would resonate with your target market. Depending on your research findings, highlight these points with humor, information, or a creative narrative that aligns with what your target market responds to.

6. Write a half-page description: Alongside your storyboard or script, write a half-page description explaining how your advertisement appeals to your target market. Address the specific TV shows or radio programs your target market watches or listens to, and explain how your ad aligns with their preferences and interests. Also, discuss how your ad effectively communicates the desired message to your target market while considering their response tendencies.

By following these steps and tailoring your advertisement to resonate with your target market, you will create a compelling and effective television or radio advertisement.
