please help me reword this sentence I have it like this. Only if people would start to exercise on a daily basis, the benefits people would have, would be unbelievable they would be healthy,less stress, improve their image, self-esteem, and have more confidence in themselves.
It needs to be two sentences.
People who exercise daily enjoy a wealth of benefits. They are healthier, less stressed, and more confident than those who do not exercise regularly.
