The government intends to build 20 more schools in a bid to fulfill education for all, millennium development goal by 2015. This would steadily host 20 percent growth of enrollment rate by 2016. The current strength of teacher-pupil ratio is 1:60; and the number of enrollment is 1200 pupils per annual. The normal teacher pupil ratio for must be 1:30. Adjust and calculate more or less numbers of teachers required by 2016.

It is not too clear "current" means 2014 or 2015. Will assume baseline year to be 2015 when 20 more schools are built.

Number of students in 2015=1200
Number of students in 2016=1200*1.2=1440

Teacher:student ratio in 2015=1:60
Number of teachers in 2015=1200/60=20

Teacher:student ratio in 2016=1:30
Number of teachers in 2016=1440/30=48

Number of additional teachers required
