what is the probability if you had to draw from a bowl twice which had four 1 dollar bills and 1 ten dollar bill.

1. probability of what? one one and the ten or two ones or what?
I guess I will assume you mean what is the probability of getting ten plus one
first draw, probability of ten = 1/5

if you missed, you now have three ones and a ten
probability of ten = 1/4

so the total probability of getting the ten either on the first or on the second draw is
1/5 + 1/4 = 9/20
